RIS pb4l - levels of expected behaviour and "rewards" for such.
- just doing what is expected (acknowledged within class)
- going beyond the normal (celebrated school wide)
✔️ pupils have access to 'nape' which showed them targeted behaviours which gave them greater ownership of their choice making.
RIS - pathways ( tech ) well resourced
RIS - school leaders ( pupils) reflected pride in their school.
